2. How To Do It Step By Step
a. Prepare the toppings
For the tuna canapes, reserve four olives, chop the rest and mix them with the drained tuna and the mayonnaise.
For the tomato ones, chop the dried tomato and mix it with half the cheese. And for smoked salmon, slice the salmon and blend it with the rest of the cheese.
b. Assemble the canapes-tomato
Remove the crust from the bread and spread four slices with each of the three toppings. Then cut them with a star-shaped cookie cutter or another figure that you like hearts, flowers, triangles, which will give them a more festive air.
If you don’t want to waste the leftover parts, you can reserve them and accompany the main canapes with the leftovers cut into triangles.

Wash parsley, thyme, and dill sprigs. Cut the olives that you had reserved in half. Also, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
And chop the nuts. On the tuna canapes, top with the olives cut in half and a parsley leaf. Tomato, cherry tomatoes, and thyme leaves. And in smoked salmon, walnut, and dill pieces.
